What Goes on Behind Bars: Zookeepers Share Wild Stories, and We Will Never Look at Zoos in the Same Way

I’m going to start avoiding the monkey enclosures like the plague! I can’t even imagine what it would be like to get hit with monkey poop – that’s definitely not on my bucket list. But it’s funny to think about how these little primates can be so mischievous and unpredictable. It’s all part of the fun of working at a zoo!

You never know what you’re going to get. As long as I’m not getting pelted with poop, I think I’m up for the challenge. All jokes aside, though, I have so much respect for zookeepers and their hard work in caring for these amazing animals, especially since they have to deal with all this poop!
