Here we are again with ignorance over birth control. I guess, in some ways, I can see the logic here. If taking a pill prevents pregnancy, and someone takes a pill every day, they must be trying to avoid pregnancy every day. He gets a slight pass for this, but he could have asked how it worked instead of assuming.

Honestly, the most alarming part of this is the “nearly every day.” Birth control pills are very particular and must be taken daily at the same time to have the best effect. Even one missed pill can cause an unwanted pregnancy. Hopefully, that girl wasn’t dating this guy at the time!
