Customer Service
Let’s be honest – everyone has complained about restaurant staff at least once or twice. In some places, it’s more common than in others. For example, in the United States, people are more willing to complain about a problem than somewhere like the UK, where people tend to be quieter about their issues.
However, what people complain about may shock you. 34% of restaurant complaints are about poor customer service; perceived rudeness accounts for 23%. Thankfully, the smallest amount is 2% for people, which accounts for people who complain about the dirtiness of a restaurant. Even though this is not correlated to gender at all, probably because of the rise of ”Karens”, people tend to think women are the ones to complain more.
