It’s incredibly difficult to get a job at Disney in the first place, but it’s also very tough to keep your position once you get hired on. After you pass through Disney University, go through all the training, and start your position, you have to make sure you follow all of Disney’s stringent rules. Otherwise, you could risk getting written up or even getting the boot.
Of course, there is bound to be drama between coworkers and rumors that fly around. This former cast member alleges that two of the character actors were caught getting close and personal with each other. We’re not sure if they got in trouble, but there are other rumors of cast members getting fired for smaller offenses.
