#39: Just One Year, Please
Most of us know that one friend who goes on and on about how hard done by they are that their birthday falls on some holiday or other, and meanwhile gets more attention than anyone else does on their birthday, as they just complain so much. It’s funny to think that even the central figure might occasionally lament the overlap.

In the realm of divine planning, even the Son of God might have some thoughts on the timing of his own celebration, and we know he’ll be taking the issue up with his father. This tongue-in-cheek celestial conversation lays down a pretty decent punchline, and I could do with a few more in the God-Jesus dialogue category
