There’s no doubt Tom Hanks is one of the most valuable actors in the entertainment industry. After winning over our hearts time and again in hits like  Forrest Gump (1994), Saving Private Ryan (1998), and The Terminal (2004), it’s safe to say Hanks is one of the greatest actors of his generation.

Hanks was married twice and has four children. His eldest son, Colin Hanks, born in 1977, takes after his father in more than one way. Besides their physical similarities, Colin followed in his father’s footsteps and became an actor. At 43, he works as an actor, director, and producer. One of his latest roles was in the CBS sitcom Life in Pieces.
