Amusing Overheard Conversations in NYC That Made Us Raise an Eyebrow

Let’s face it. Dating is hard. In a city as large as New York, you’d think finding someone would be easier than in a small town, but that’s not the case for everyone. This poor person was not having the best of luck in the world of dating, and someone overheard them complaining to a friend about it.

They were feeling some major FOMO because their friend was having major romantic success. Meanwhile, they were ghosted by some random guy who works at Trader Joe’s. Nothing wrong with working at TJ’s, but this guy obviously thinks too highly of himself. Ghosting someone is not cool. Just shoot them a text saying you’re not interested anymore, buddy!
